Winter Planning Meeting 2019 - 21 Attendees!

The Winter Planning meeting for Women on the Water of Long Island Sound (WOWlis) was held on Saturday, February 2, from 2-6 pm. 21 Women on the Water reps attended, all founding clubs represented, plus our affiliates from Horseshoe Harbor club in Mamaroneck, NY and Stonington Harbor Yacht Club in Stonington, CT.

We covered a lot of ground in the meeting, and hammered out both WOWlis events and other women only regattas and coed Ideal regattas.

The calendar on the site will be updated soon, and we thank our hosts, Anne Munkenbeck and Ellen Bobka from Norwalk Yacht Club, for the wonderful wine and cheese reception at the end of our meeting.
