Spinnaker clinic for the Watson Series regattas

Take your Spinnaker Sailing to the next level!

Clinic is on Sunday June 7th at American Yacht Club from 1pm to 4pm. (Report time is 12:45 at the JAYC house).

Join us for a 3-hour Spinnaker Clinic designed to take your sailing to the next level!  Whether you are new to the chute or looking to sharpen your racing edge, this hands-on session is all about building confidence and skills with spinnaker rigging, tuning, sailing and troubleshooting.
Let’s hoist, trim and fly! See you on the water.

Rain Policy- If the day isn’t sailable we will try to do shore and dock activities. If we can’t meet at all, we will refund and offer to do an evening clinic Thursday June 11th 17:30-19:30.

AYC sailor: 70$
Non AYC sailor: 100$

For 25 years NWSA has been hosting a full day of on land and on-the-water hands-on workshops for women sailors of all levels. All workshops are led by highly competent and enthusiastic women sail instructors and captains.

A sneak peak: there will be workshops in sewing canvas and sail repair, how to read a chart, how to go up a mast safely and how to avoid mishaps and mayhem just to name a few.

And then, of course, you’ll have a chance to get out on the water! Whether you are an absolute beginner or you are working on your race start strategy, the coaches are highly qualified and eager to share sailing with you!
